Improvements and Bug Fixes of the Hifidelio software 2.3.28Changes of the Standby behavior: In the menu Settings > General Settings there is now a new entry called "Standby" with the options "Off" or "ON". If the Standby parameter is set to "ON", which is the default value, the Hifidelio turns off and enters the Standby mode. The Restart is much quicker after the Power button is pressed again for new Hifidelio start. If you use Standby "OFF" the Hifidelio is turned off completely. But it is still possible to start the Hifidelio with the IR-Remote. Changes at the System Start-UP: At startup time one of the first tasks of the software is to check if the last power down sequence was completed in a normal way. On some events this might not has happened and hard disc was not unmounted correctly. During that check the Eject button is know flashing. When the test verdict is passed the Eject button stops flashing and start process is been continued. If the Eject button is not turned off there is something wrong with the hard disc and the start up is stopped. In this case the Hifidelio should be restarted with the recovery CD. The recovery program is the trying to solve the issue with the hard disc. Bug Fixes: When using the Hifidelio Back-up 160 or the Hifidelio Back-up 500 the information about the disc space was wrong. This has been fixed. |
